Terms of Service

If you ordering commission from me you automatically confirm that you have read and agree with my ToS.

BEFORE COMMISSIONING YOU SHOULD KNOW

  • English isn't my native language, I would be pleased if you could express your thoughts as simply as possible, thank you!
  • These Terms of Service are relevant to noncommercial projects.
  • I have the right to cancel the commission if payment has not yet been made.
  • You can message me on Furaffinity, Twitter, Telegram or Email.
  • Please, don't commission me if you're not sure my artstyle suits your idea.
    • I DON'T WANT TO DRAW

    Gore, war and military theme, death, dismemberment, mutilation, transformation, underage characters in sex scenes, loli or child abuse, diapers, scat, vomit, pissing/urine, anal/vaginal vore, hard bdsm, sex with pregnant (NSFW), dystrophy, hyper fat, hyper muscular, hyper dicks and tits, great abundance of sperm, and other extreme fetishes.

PAYMENT

  • Аll payments are via Paypal (+10%), LavaTop or Boosty.
  • Payments in USD or rubles.
  • I start drawing only after 100% prepayment.
  • If you want to split the payment for the commission into several parts, we can discuss the details separately.
  • Payment expected within 2 days (48 hrs) of invoice delivery or under any other active payment arrangement. In case of payment failure within the allotted time, the commission will be canceled.
    • NO REFUNDS

    Right now due to situation I can't refund, so please take time to think before taking commissions or YCH slot.

PROCESS

  • If you prefer artistic freedom, please tell me your preferences (SFW/NSFW, personality, mood, etc.).
  • If not, you must provide visual references and/or a clear description (character refs, background, pose, emotions, etc.).
  • I show the following steps:
    • Sketch (rough composition, pose, basic shapes, simple background imitation)
    • Line art + flat colors
    • Final version
  • I do not provide free fixes after the sketch or lineart/color stages have been approved. Once the sketch is approved, I do not make changes to the lineart. It is the client's responsibility to request all necessary corrections during the approval stages. Any changes requested after approval, including at the lineart, coloring, or final stage, will require an additional fee. All edits to the finished artwork are paid.

DEADLINE

  • The deadline depends on the queue and is always handled in order (1 week to 4 months).
  • If you want the work to be done faster, you can add 30-50$ (depends on date).

IMAGE RIGHTS

  • I retain full copyright of all my artwork. I am allowed to:
    • use the artwork in my portfolio
    • post it online
  • However, I will NOT reuse or alter your commission (for example recolor it for other clients). I respect your commission as your personal piece.
  • You are allowed to use the artwork for non-commercial purposes only (social media, avatar, personal prints, etc.)
  • You are NOT allowed to:
    • modify, edit, or alter the artwork in any way without my permission
    • give the artwork to another artist for edits
    • use the artwork for AI training, generation, or datasets
  • If you want the artwork to be private, an additional fee applies.
  • If you want to use the artwork for commercial purposes, please contact me — we can negotiate the price separately.
